Store Information and Eligibility

Dar Caftan is a Moroccan fashion store operating from Youssoufia, Morocco. We offer Moroccan caftans, djellabas, and related garments, including selected ready-to-wear and made-to-order options. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age of majority, an adult must complete the purchase on your behalf.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, videos, measurements, availability, and prices. Colours and texture may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. Exact fibre composition or other details will not be claimed unless confirmed. Minor differences resulting from measurement methods or decorative finishing are not necessarily defects.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, or payment-provider fees may be added where applicable. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before accepting an order. If payment was collected for an order we cannot accept, the affected amount will be refunded.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we confirm that the product or requested service can be supplied. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, incorrect information, or an unresolvable custom request.

Sizing and Customisation

Customers are responsible for selecting a standard size or providing accurate measurements. Size labels vary, so customers should use the Size Guide and product measurements. Requests to add, remove, or change details must be reviewed and may change the price and preparation time. Once production has started, a custom order may not be changed or cancelled.

Custom and personalised items are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return, but this does not remove rights that apply when an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Preparation and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable Website Use and Intellectual Property
