Shipping & Delivery

Dar Caftan operates from Morocco and offers international delivery to destinations supported at checkout. Availability, cost, and delivery estimates depend on the destination, parcel, carrier, and customs requirements.

Order Preparation

Ready-to-wear products require order verification and packing before dispatch. Made-to-order and customised garments require additional production time. The relevant estimate will be displayed on the product page, at checkout, or confirmed before a custom order is finalised. Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Available delivery methods and charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before payment when automatic calculation is unavailable. A delivery option is not guaranteed until the order and destination have been reviewed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking reference will be provided after dispatch. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local import rules. Unless checkout or the order confirmation expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot undervalue a parcel or declare it as a gift to avoid legal import charges.

Accurate Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, postal code, telephone number, and any information reasonably required by the carrier. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, security checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an order is needed for a specific event, contact us before purchasing. We will provide the best available estimate but cannot promise an arrival date unless expressly confirmed.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and product as soon as possible and contact us promptly with your order number. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbours, the carrier, and the delivery location, then contact us so we can review the tracking information.

Undeliverable or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, unpaid import charges, or refusal without an approved return, original shipping and return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund, subject to applicable law.
