Can I change the embroidery or another detail?

You may ask whether a detail can be added, removed, or adjusted. Feasibility depends on the design. Any price difference and preparation estimate must be confirmed before the request is accepted.

Are colours exactly the same as on my screen?

We work to represent colours accurately, but lighting and screen settings can create slight differences. Read the written colour description and contact us if the shade is important for matching an event or accessory.

What fabric is used?

The product page states confirmed information. When an exact fibre composition has not been verified, we describe only the visible texture or appearance and avoid claiming an unconfirmed material.

How long does an order take?

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom, altered, and personalised items are generally not returnable for a change of mind, without affecting rights relating to defects or incorrect items.
