We aim to describe each caftan and djellaba accurately using the information confirmed for that design. Details such as availability, preparation time, decoration placement, or included options may change. An item placed in a cart is not reserved until the order is successfully confirmed. If a material or service becomes unavailable after an order, we will contact the customer about the available options.

Colours, Images, and Display Differences

Product photographs and videos are prepared to show designs clearly. Colours and apparent textures can nevertheless vary because of studio light, ambient light, screen calibration, device settings, and differences between material batches. Images can also show styling accessories that are not included unless the product description expressly lists them.

Measurements, Fit, and Length

Size charts and measurement instructions are guidance, not a guarantee that every standard size will fit every body in the same way. Fit depends on the design, intended ease, posture, underlayers, and the accuracy of measurements supplied by the customer. For custom-measurement work, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements in the requested format. Dar Caftan may ask follow-up questions, but cannot independently verify measurements taken remotely. The Made-to-Order Policy explains custom requests and confirmations in more detail.

Styling and Occasion Guidance

Styling suggestions, colour combinations, and occasion ideas express general editorial guidance. They are not rules or guarantees of suitability for a particular venue, ceremony, dress code, culture, climate, or personal requirement. Confirm any formal dress requirement with the event organiser.

Care Guidance

Care information can vary by garment, material, and decorative technique. Follow the product-specific or supplied care instructions. General magazine or FAQ guidance should not override instructions for the individual garment. When a care method is unclear, contact us before washing, pressing, altering, or applying a product.
