DAR CAFTAN

Moroccan Style, Presented with Clarity

Dar Caftan is a Moroccan fashion store based in Youssoufia, Morocco, focused on Moroccan caftans and women’s djellabas for weddings, Eid, family celebrations, formal evenings, and other meaningful occasions.

We created this store to make choosing a Moroccan garment more understandable online. Each design is presented with original visual material, detailed written information, practical sizing guidance, and clear options for standard sizing or eligible custom measurements.

Our Focus

Caftans and Djellabas for Real Occasions

Dar Caftan concentrates on two connected parts of Moroccan women’s fashion: the caftan and the djellaba. Our collection is organised so visitors can explore each category without having to interpret generic fashion descriptions or unrelated catalogue content.

Caftans may feature belts, layered construction, ornate front panels, embroidery, contrasting trims, or formal full-length silhouettes. Djellabas may use pointed hoods, relaxed cuts, decorative cuffs, split or gathered sleeves, and details placed around the neckline, chest, or hem. Because every garment differs, we describe the visible design instead of applying the same claims to every product.

The purpose is simple: help each visitor understand what she is viewing, how it is shaped, how it may fit, and what should be confirmed before ordering.

What Dar Caftan Offers

Our store combines ready designs with selected personalised options. Availability always depends on the individual product and the details confirmed for the order.

Ready Designs

Customers can browse available caftans and djellabas, compare photographs, review design details, and select from the options shown on each product page. Prices are displayed in US dollars, with applicable delivery information handled separately.

Custom Measurements

When “Custom Measurements” is offered or confirmed for a design, we may request bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length, garment length, height, and other measurements relevant to its construction.

Selected Adjustments

A customer may ask whether a length, sleeve, neckline, hood, trim, colour, or decorative detail can be changed. Every request is reviewed individually because feasibility, price, balance, and preparation time may change.

What Guides Dar Caftan

This section replaces the demo team profiles. It explains the working principles visitors can actually expect from our store.

Clear Information

We aim to state the visible colour, shape, trim, embroidery placement, sleeve style, hood, belt, and other relevant details in plain language.

Original Presentation

Product pages use original visual material prepared for the garments we present. Additional views and official video content are included when available.

Practical Sizing

We distinguish body measurements from finished garment dimensions and provide guidance for length, sleeves, layering, and custom-measurement requests.

Straightforward Support

When a detail is unconfirmed, we prefer to review it rather than guess. Customers can contact Dar Caftan before ordering when size, timing, or an adjustment matters.

How We Present Each Garment

Buying occasion wear online requires more than a product name and one photograph. We work to make each product page useful before checkout.

Multiple views: Where available, front, back, side, and detail images help show the silhouette, sleeve construction, hood, belt, embroidery, and trim placement.

Specific descriptions: We describe the design shown rather than filling the page with repeated generic fashion language. If an exact fibre composition or production detail has not been verified, we do not present it as fact.

Sizing context: Standard body-size ranges are supported by guidance explaining measurement technique, garment ease, length, and the extra information a particular design may require.

Expectation setting: Colours and texture can appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, and screen settings. We encourage customers to review every available image and ask when a precise shade or finish is important.

From First Look to Final Order

A clear order journey reduces uncertainty and helps both the customer and Dar Caftan work from the same information.

01 — Explore

Browse the caftan and djellaba collections, compare designs, and open the individual product pages for photographs, descriptions, size options, and current pricing.

02 — Measure

Use actual body measurements and follow our Size Guide. Do not add centimetres for looseness; describe the fit and any planned layering separately.

03 — Confirm

For a custom size or requested adjustment, confirm the exact product, measurements, accepted changes, price, and estimated preparation time before production.

04 — Delivery

Available delivery methods and costs depend on the destination. Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate, especially for personalised garments.

Made-to-Order with Clear Agreement

Personalisation should be based on a confirmed specification, not an informal idea. A contact request by itself does not mean that a change has been accepted.

Before an eligible custom order is finalised, Dar Caftan may confirm the measurements, selected adjustment, additional cost if any, and estimated preparation time. Production follows that accepted information. Changes are not guaranteed after work begins.

Made-to-order, altered, and personalised garments are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not remove applicable rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Based in Morocco, Serving International Customers

Dar Caftan operates from Youssoufia, Morocco. The store is designed for customers who appreciate Moroccan caftans and djellabas whether they are ordering locally or from another country supported at checkout.

International delivery availability, cost, carrier options, transit estimates, customs duties, and local import requirements depend on the destination. We separate preparation time from shipping time and recommend contacting us before purchasing for a fixed event date.

Our policy pages explain delivery, returns, custom orders, privacy, and terms in clear language. These pages form part of the shopping experience, not hidden fine print.

More Than a Catalogue

Dar Caftan is being developed as a useful destination for understanding Moroccan occasion wear, not only as a list of products. Our Magazine section is intended for original styling ideas, garment guides, measurement advice, care-related information when verified, and explanations that help readers make better-informed choices.

Editorial content is kept separate from individual product claims. A guide may explain general considerations, while each product page remains the source for the confirmed features, options, and current price of that garment.
